Formatge de pasta tova i pell mixta (florida-rentada), elaborat amb llet crua de vaca del Pla de l’Estany.  Peça de 350g aprox.

Pell és parcialment florida i la pasta és untuosa.

És un formatge complex quant a sabor, i aromàticament molt intens. Es comercialitza amb un mes de maduració, i és a partir dels dos mesos quan mostra tot el seu potencial.
