Cal Cigarro S.L. is a company that was born in 2016 in Salt, rescuing both the name and the family history in the rural world, formerly producing seeds, seedlings and beef and currently as a company that produces and distributes organic products in a close and direct way, in addition to its own link with this rural and natural world that is gradually recovering, through the rural environment classroom.

We are two generations working together. Miquel, who is already a veteran of the business, with a lifetime of experience in the field and with all kinds of livestock, and myself, Alba, who decided to convert the family business towards organic production, selling vegetables and fruit instead of seedlings, and education and experiences of the rural world, as well as life skills, instead of beef.

As for the management of the educational and leisure team of the rural environment classroom, I take care of it myself, with a handful of years of experience in environmental education and leisure. We have an alternative educational project, with very diverse activities that take place in the garden, on the farm and in nature.
