Shipping and returns
To place your order, you must register as a customer on the web, you can add one or more delivery addresses to choose later (work or home, depending on what works best for you each week, for example). To add products to the shopping basket, just click on it and add or bien; select the quantity or weight (units, bundles or weight in fractions of a quarter of a kilo). First confirm to formalize the order, select the payment method and the date and time of delivery.
We deliver to home in Salt, Vilablareix, Bescanó and Girona, to choose between one or two delivery date and time options when placing the order. You can also determine a date and time of collection on site, at the Cal Cigarro farm.
Depending on the area (delivery address) and the day the order is placed, the delivery or collection options will vary. The graphics below; they are merely explanatory, when formalizing the order the form itself will give; the possible options according to the date and area.
Product returns are not accepted. Claims for products in bad condition will be processed. to the payment of the total amount of the product in question at the time of purchase (prices may vary from day to day but will always be the price at the time of purchase).
To make a claim it is necessary to write to info@calcigarro.cat indicating the delivery note or invoice number, the product in bad condition and what are the conditions of the same (broken, worn, rotten, etc.). You can choose to receive the return; of the amount of the product in question within a maximum of 15 days or a discount voucher for the same amount for subsequent purchases without an expiration date.
